Refunds for events cancelled, rescheduled or subject to restrictions due to the
COVID-19 health emergency.

It is possible to submit a refund request for tickets or subscriptions for events subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

Event Organizer shall determine on its own and according to the dispositions referred to in Article 88 of the Decree Cura Italia (D.L. n. 18/2020) and subsequent provisions, if the refund will be made:

through a voucher


through a cash refund on the payment method used for the original purchase or through a money refund.

The applied method will be communicated as soon as the needed check on the entry title (ticket or subscription) you are asking refund for will be completed.

Once the request has been correctly submitted, due to the exceptional situation and the high number of cancelled and/or postponed events, it might take up to 60 days after we receive your request, for the refund to be processed. TicketOne staff, which has been increased to meet customer needs, is intensifying its efforts to handle all the enquiries as quickly as possible.

Please note: As provided by the Terms and Conditions published on, and according to the Event Promoter provisions, you could be reimbursed the ticket face value, presale excluded.
