Verification required

In order to enter and verify your request you must provide the ticket/order codes as indicated below.

If you have received your ticket or subscription (paper ticket, stampa@casa, eticket), choose this refund method.

In this case you must provide two codes printed on your ticket:

  • Fiscal card code
  • Fiscal seal

If you purchased your ticket or subscription with "Pick up at the venue", choose this refund method.

In this case you must provide two codes:

  • The purchase order number
  • The email address of the person who placed the order
  •  
  • You can find the purchase order number both in the "Purchase Order Confirmation" email and in the "Order History" section on TicketOne.it.

If you have a valid voucher to convert into monetary refund (music events permanently cancelled), please choose this refund method

In that case you must provide the two codes you can find in the voucher communication received by e-mail:

  • Voucher code
  • Email address of the person who received the voucher

  • The request for monetary reimbursement will only be accepted if meets the following requirements... (show)


    - the refund must have already been requested via voucher according to the terms provided
    - the voucher must be intact, not partially already used
    - the voucher has been issued only for pop music events permanently cancelled
    - the convertion request, where permitted, must only be submitted by the terms set by the organizer of the event.
